Many agents find themselves lost in the sea of agents inside a large brokerage. As a smaller independent brokerage, we can better offer the support many agents crave. 

For new agents, we offer a mentorship program  working directly with one of our senior agents. You'll need zero previous experience to qualify for this program...you just need a valid Oregon agent license.
